Each panel includes two 2" x 3-1/2" x 94" routed hollow utility notched rails for the top and middle, one 1-1/2" x 5-1/2" x 94" routed ribbed notched bottom rail, and one 1-1/2" x 93" 18-gauge steel rail insert for the bottom rail. The overscallop panel also includes 22 graduated 7/8" x 3" standard pickets and 22 matching dog-ear picket caps. Posts, post caps, and glue are not included in the panel price.
